Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements set by Golden Guru, LLC and/or referral partners.

Verification of identity, income, and background may be required before placement.

Resident Responsibilities

Residents must comply with all house rules, lease agreements, and community guidelines.

Respectful conduct toward staff, other residents, and property is expected at all times.

Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and care of their assigned space.

Program Participation

Some residents may be required to participate in case management, life skills training, or supportive services as part of their housing plan.

Failure to comply with agreed-upon requirements may affect continued housing eligibility.

Payments and Fees

Where applicable, residents must pay rent, deposits, or program fees on time.

Non-payment may result in late fees or termination of housing.

Termination of Housing

Golden Guru, LLC reserves the right to end housing placement for violations of rules, non-compliance, or behavior that endangers self, others, or property.

Proper notice will be provided in accordance with state and local laws.

Limitation of Liability

Golden Guru, LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Residents are encouraged to obtain renter’s insurance if available.

By entering the housing program, residents acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
